This role is based in our office in Monrovia, California.\n\nThe Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for:\nSupporting all Learning & Development activities across the company by overseeing all administrative program tasks, and ensuring they are completed on time, accurately, and with current information.\nProvide administrative support to the Trader Joe's University operations and serve as the point of contact including but not limited to: supporting all travel for Trader Joe's University participants (airfare, Uber, shuttles) , scheduling training sessions, submitting lunch orders, and coordinating catering, and handling inquiries.\nManages training email account and routes training requests to the appropriate point of contact.\nProvides a WOW customer experience to Mates and Captains who are participating in TJU sessions nationwide.\nMaintain and order supplies and equipment.\nThe Requirements are:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or Education or in related fields.\n1 to 3 years of experience with a focus on Human Resources administration or Learning & Development.\nExperience booking high-volume travel and coordinating travel schedules.\nAdept with a variety of multimedia platforms and methods, Including a Learning Management System and Canva.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent follow-up, follow through, ability to pivot at a moment's notice.\nWe want to hear from you!\n\nWe get a lot of resumes; so to help us get to know you better, please submit your resume and cover letter.
