Supervises BHT-ABAs as needed\n5. Provides training to Vision Behavioral Health Services clinical staff, outside agencies and parents as needed\n6. Provides leadership and training during the management of maladaptive behaviors\n7. Analyzes and interprets behavioral data on an ongoing basis\n8. Collaborates with other clinicians on the interdisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP, Clinical Psych, etc.)\n9. Maintains expertise in current research/techniques affecting patients and remains current on legal and ethical issues. Promotes behavior analytic theory and principles\n10. Collaborates with others\n11.
