This position will coordinate multiple active projects and serve as a central point of communication between field personnel, technical teams, subcontractors, operations leadership, and customers.The Execution Manager will be responsible for taking projects from pre-mobilization planning through field execution, commissioning, and closeout. The ideal candidate combines strong field operations experience with the organizational and leadership skills needed to manage schedules, resources, logistics, safety requirements, and client expectations across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Field ExecutionDevelop execution plans and schedules for field deployments, pilot programs, system installations, and ongoing project work.Coordinate mobilization, site readiness, equipment, materials, workforce requirements, and commissioning activities.Confirm permitting, site access, safety documentation, training, and customer requirements are addressed prior to mobilization.Lead project and field kickoff meetings and provide oversight throughout execution.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as field conditions, schedules, or priorities change.Support project closeout and ensure outstanding field items are resolved.Team & Resource CoordinationCoordinate field crews, subcontractors, technical personnel, and other project resources.Forecast labor requirements and manage crew assignments across multiple active projects.Track equipment availability, material readiness, travel requirements, and field utilization.Work closely with engineering and technical teams to convert project requirements into practical field execution plans.Resolve scheduling, resource, and operational conflicts that could impact project delivery.Safety, Quality & Risk ManagementIdentify potential schedule, safety, quality, workforce, and logistical risks before they impact execution.Develop contingency and recovery plans when project conditions change.Ensure field activities meet applicable quality requirements, project specifications, and customer expectations.Support QA/QC processes and contractor performance management.Conduct post-project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future execution plans.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a primary client contact for project execution and field activities.Communicate project status, upcoming milestones, schedule forecasts, risks, and corrective actions.Participate in client meetings and provide clear updates to both project-level and executive stakeholders.Build strong working relationships with customers, contractors, field teams, and internal leadership.Reporting & Process ImprovementMaintain project dashboards, schedules, KPIs, and execution reporting.Monitor schedule performance, costs, utilization, field productivity, and outstanding issues.Develop and improve field execution procedures, checklists, playbooks, and standard operating processes.Identify opportunities to make project delivery more efficient, consistent, and scalable across multiple locations.QualificationsExperience in pipeline operations, industrial construction, field operations, construction management, technology deployment, or infrastructure project execution.Demonstrated experience coordinating complex field projects involving multiple disciplines, crews, or locations.Working knowledge of pipeline and/or industrial construction environments.Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.Ability to manage several projects and competing priorities simultaneously.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.Experience working directly with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and technical teams.Proficiency with project scheduling, tracking, and reporting tools.Ability to work approximately 40–50 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays based on project requirements.Willingness to travel approximately 15% to project and client locations.Preferred BackgroundExperience supporting pipeline pressure testing or related field operations.Experience with industrial monitoring, automation, IoT, leak detection, instrumentation, or similar technologies.Familiarity with QA/QC programs and subcontractor management.Experience working in a growing organization where processes and field execution standards are continuing to develop.Experience supporting technology installations or deployments in active industrial environments.Measures of SuccessSuccess in this position will be measured through consistent project delivery, including:Meeting project and deployment schedulesSuccessful first-time field executionMaintaining strong client relationships and satisfactionControlling project and mobilization costsEffective utilization of field resourcesTimely resolution of field and post-deployment issuesContinuous improvement of execution processesAbout The OpportunityThis is a highly visible operations role for someone who enjoys turning project requirements into successful field execution.
