Senior Manager, Space Execution

That's why we Win with Purpose — together, we blaze new trails, succeed, celebrate, and never settle for second best.The Senior Manager, Space Execution is a leadership role on the PepsiCo Beverage (PBUS) space team responsible for owning, scaling, and modernizing space execution across channels and customers. This role serves as a thought leader for space execution, driving automation, analytics-led decisioning, and enterprise efficiency, while simultaneously elevating customer partnerships through influential, fact-based selling.This leader will manage and develop a team of Space Analysts and/or Space Managers, partner cross-functionally across Sales, Category Leadership, RGM, Supply Chain, GTM, Technology, and International Support Teams, and proactively identify and secure incremental category captaincies that strengthen PepsiCo's role as a Best-in-Class category partner and drive sustainable market share growth.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Space Execution Leadership:Own and evolve the end-to-end space execution to ensure optimized execution across large and small format channels, aligned to Division and Sector prioritiesTranslate broader commercial strategy into the most productive assortment for our customers and easily executable at store level for our field teamsEnsure consistent, high-quality space execution while allowing for localized market, cluster, and shopper nuanceAct as a senior subject-matter expert for space execution, consulted on complex business challenges and customer opportunitiesAutomation, Analytics & Continuous ImprovementLead the identification, design, and implementation of automation opportunities within space planning, analysis, and execution workflowsPartner with Technology, Data Science, and International Support teams to reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, and enhance analytical rigorChampion usage of advanced analytics, proprietary tools, and syndicated data to improve speed to insight and execution effectivenessEstablish best practices and standardized processes to maximize efficiency, scalability, and quality across teamsCustomer & Category LeadershipServe as a senior-facing customer partner, delivering compelling, fact-based selling stories that influence decision-making and category growthProactively identify, pitch, and secure new category captaincies and expanded advisory roles, strengthening PepsiCo's leadership positionElevate PepsiCo's reputation as a trusted, objective category advisor, leveraging insights, analytics, and executional excellenceLead complex, cross-customer initiatives that deliver incremental space, improved execution, and measurable market share gainsCross-Functional & Global CollaborationPartner seamlessly with Sales Leadership, Category Leadership, RGM, Supply, Demand Planning, GTM, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure alignment and executionWork closely with International Support and Analytics teams to standardize outputs, improve productivity, and support scaleInfluence without authority, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities to deliver results across matrixed organizationsPeople Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Space Analysts and Managers, setting clear expectations and prioritiesBuild future-ready capabilities across analytics, automation, storytelling, and customer influenceFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvementProvide mentorship, performance feedback, and development planning to advance internal talent pipelinesCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
