As a part of a vast, international network of corporate and industrial resources, Tsubaki offers its customers the finest state-of-the-art products available in the world and we strive to be the Best Value supplier in the industry.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.\r\nWorks safely as a requirement of employment; keeping work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.\r\nEnsures part conformance to quality/drawing specifications; able to use instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gages, scales and hardness testing machines/devices to ensure proper hardness and depth of parts.\r\nPossesses and applies knowledge of machining processes and equipment maintenance.\r\nCarefully loads and unloads parts to be machined into the machine.\r\nPerforms equipment run and p.m. maintenance as required.\r\nRemoves parts from machines by hand or mechanical means and deposits parts in containers\r\nPosts work output results to appropriate records.\r\nProcesses parts through required cleaning operations.\r\nOperates all related equipment efficiently.\r\nWorks well with others and communicates effectively.\r\nPerforms other related duties as directed.\r\nRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered\r\n1 to 3 years manufacturing related experience\r\nGood verbal and written communication skills\r\nGood mathematical skills; able to reason and calculate times\r\nAbility to spell, type, and read at an average speed\r\nMust be accurate and exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with others\r\nU.S. Tsubaki offers:\r\nA competitive compensation package, including health benefits effective on date of hire, generous 401(k) match and profit sharing, education reimbursement, and annual bonus potential\r\nPaid time off (\"PTO\")\r\n90-day and 180-day performance reviews\r\nShift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shift\r\nWeekly bonus potential\r\nPaid training\r\nWeekly pay\r\nShift: 4 days a week, 10 hours per day.\r\nDays: Monday - Thursday (standard schedule).
