We are focused on innovation with the highest level of quality and technology.Position SummaryThe Customer Relations Representative is responsible for interacting with KMTI customers in a professional manner; providing accurate and timely information about the product availability and/or customer orders; and supporting the administrative function of the customer relations department.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide essential account management services to customers in designated territory Process sales orders Prepare order confirmations and final order confirmations for designated territory Administer the RMA process from creation to follow‐up Investigate missing inventory and/or pricing and follow up until resolved Process customer complaints following the process mandated by the SOP Process customer requests for implants and instruments for designated territory Move inventory around as needed while maintaining accurate inventory records Administer the PO process including QAD data entries Oversee expiring inventory process; including notifications and switch outs Maintain and update customer relation logs Other duties as assigned Required Education / Work and Technical Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; work experience may substitute education.Medical device orthopedic experience and/or Operating Room Technician experience preferred.
