Job Title: Technical Lead – Full StackJob Type: Full timeLocation: Charlotte, NCExperience Required: 8–15 yearsCompensation: $120k - $130k / annum + benefits Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead – Full Stack with strong expertise in React Native mobile application development and Java backend technologies to lead the mobile application initiatives for the current year and potentially support website applications in the future based on business needs.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on development experience, and the ability to coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs.
