The CNC Programmer position will grow and change as the department does.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport all TTI/FSS Company Safety Policies to ensure they are followed, and personnel and property are kept safe\nRead technical drawings and guide in the set-up of machines in accordance with these blueprints\nUse computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly\nProgram and oversee quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications\nAdjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality\nConsider tools required to cut materials and program machines accordingly\nTroubleshoot and resolve problems with the machines as they arise\nAdditional Duties:\nAdditional responsibilities or duties may be required as needed in support of company operations.\nTeamwork:\nTeamwork is essential in this position and the Programmer must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively with all departments, managers, and staff\nActively promote company safety culture with the team\nQualifications:\nAn individual must be able to perform each essential duty above average and always represent the company in a professional manner.
