West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!\n\nPurpose of Position\nThe Emerging Leader Program – General Manager Fellow is a highly selective, 12-month leadership development program designed to prepare early-career professionals for future General Manager roles within West Shore Home.\n\nThis program is built for individuals who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, strong leadership capability, and the ambition to lead a multi-million-dollar business. Fellows rotate through Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions to develop full-lifecycle business acumen, lead high-impact initiatives, and build the operational, financial, and people leadership skills required to run a Branch.\n\nCandidates must meet the minimum educational and professional experience requirements outlined below and be prepared for geographic mobility within their selected region.\n\nKey Role Accountabilities\n\nComplete three structured rotations across Sales, Operations, and Corporate to develop end-to-end business acumen and revenue accountability.\n\nSuccessfully graduate Sales Training, execute sales appointments, and shadow Branch Leaders to understand frontline leadership and KPI performance.\n\nParticipate in operational workflow across installations, warehouse flow, safety, customer lifecycle, and branch-level fulfillment execution.\n\nEngage with FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations to understand corporate support functions and financial decision-making.\n\nLead a final capstone project presenting business recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership at the conclusion of the program.\n\nPreferred: MBA or other business-related Master’s degree.\n\nAlternative: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of post-graduate work experience.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned Region during the duration of the program.\n\nRelocation is required upon graduation; assistance provided.\n\nStrong leadership aptitude with demonstrated ability to influence, solve problems, and drive measurable results.\n\nHousing and Relocation Assistance Provided.\n\nNationwide Placement Opportunities in Over 20 States.\n\nFast-tracked Career Path to Frontline Leadership Roles.\n\nWork Authorization Notice\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
