SAP Payroll Configuration & ECP Implementation

Description: This role is focused on SAP On-Prem payroll configuration, design, and support for live systems, as well as migration and configuration of cloud-based ECP payroll solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers to validate configurations and ensure successful implementation of payroll solutions. Background/Need: The team supports payroll system enhancements, conversions, and integrations for a global enterprise environment. The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP Payroll systems (both On-Prem ECC and ECP Cloud) and experience in implementing and testing payroll configurations for production readiness. Job Responsibilities: SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration, design, and resolving issues in live ECC 5.0 or higher production systems. Design and analysis for ECP payroll conversion from SAP On-Prem to ECP (Cloud). ECP payroll configuration and setup. Create functional specifications and other configuration documentation. Analyze interfaces and integration requirements. Perform unit testing of configuration. Author and execute integration test scripts; record results as pass/fail. Collaborate with customers to verify designs and gain testing sign-offs. Key Skills: SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration (ECC 5.0 or higher). ECP Payroll conversion and configuration. Functional specification creation and interface analysis. Unit and integration testing experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders. Must Have: 5+ years of SAP On-Prem payroll configuration experience in SAP ECC 5.0 or higher. Hands-on experience with ECP (Cloud) conversion and configuration. Previous experience in global ECP implementation projects. Preferred: Experience with global ECP implementations. Familiarity with integration and testing in a multi-country payroll environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field preferred. Other: Work Location: Onsite in Glendale, AZ, 4 days per week with limited remote flexibility.
