This position demands strong leadership, data analysis skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Design and implement a system-wide quality management framework, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.\r\nPerformance Monitoring: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key quality metrics and patient outcome data. Identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop targeted interventions.\r\nContinuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient safety, and process efficiency across all rehabilitation facilities.
