CMA or LPN - Patient Navigator (Urology)

The Patient Navigator - Urology functions on a multidisciplinary team as an advocate and educator for prostate cancer patients. Participates in coordination of care and acts as a liaison between the patients, families, caregivers and providers to optimize patient outcomes. This position also contributes to the knowledge base of the healthcare community as liaison throughout the network and in the community. Provides assistance to the physicians and practitioners with patient care, administrative, environmental and organizational tasks.Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, eight hour shiftsNo evenings, weekends or holidays!Why work for Dayton Physician's Network?
