This role owns delivery outcomes, including scope, timelines, and execution consistency, and leads teams to ensure predictable and high-quality project delivery.The Program Manager partners closely with Customer Success and Technical Operations to align delivery plans with customer outcomes and technical feasibility and is responsible for managing non-engineering resources within the assigned customer portfolio.What You Will Do Own end-to-end execution of customer projects across the delivery lifecycle Lead and manage Project Managers, Application Specialists, and other non-engineering resources within the portfolio Plan, prioritize, and sequence delivery activities across multiple concurrent projects Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations Establish and maintain consistent delivery frameworks, cadence, and execution standards Identify and manage delivery-related risks, including schedule and scope challenges Lead delivery-focused escalations and customer discussions related to project execution Ensure non-engineering teams operate in accordance with Sectra Customer Operations guidelines and agile ways of working Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives in partnership with the Technical Operations Manager Partner with Technical Operations to validate technical feasibility and delivery readiness Collaborate with Customer Success to align delivery plans with customer outcomes and expectations Travel as required for internal and customer engagements, up to 25%,What You Bring 15+ years of progressive experience leading complex project delivery in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or enterprise IT environments Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams; prior people leadership experience (1–3 years) is a plus Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream, customer-facing programs with shared dependencies, competing priorities, and long delivery timelines Demonstrated ability to own delivery end-to-end, including scope, timelines, risk management, and execution across multiple initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including leading customer discussions, executive updates, and escalations Ability to assess delivery risk, make sound trade-off decisions, and drive resolution in a structured, pragmatic way Comfort operating in agile or iterative delivery environments while maintaining accountability and delivery rigor Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to balance near-term execution with long-term customer and portfolio outcomesNice to have Experience working in healthcare, medical imaging, or regulated environments Familiarity with software implementation, deployment, or enterprise IT projects Experience partnering closely with technical or engineering teams Project or program management certification (PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar)Why SectraAt Sectra, you will join a purpose-driven organization where your work directly supports improved patient care.
