If you are motivated and believe in the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," join our team!Position Overview:This position will assist in the design, documentation, creation, maintenance, updating, and support of SECU's Teller and Platform System. The position works with IT resources to help configure and make enhancements to the systems as requested and needed by various SECU business lines. Candidates for the position should be observant, inquisitive, and creative, possess strong analytical, organization, and oral and written communication skills, and work collaboratively with others and team members.Responsibilities:40% - Act a s a liaison between business users and product owners that are involved with projects that impact the MARGO Teller and Platform systems. Promote collaboration and coordination when engaging with operations departments to review, analyze, and document requirements needed to integrate changes into the MARGO Teller and Platform systems.20% - Proficiently review change request documentation and software requirement specifications for desired results. Execute extensive manual regression testing to identify application and system defects prior to the migration to Production.10% - Participate and lead a team through a migration/release verification, ensuring that all testing goals are clearly communicated, executed, and results or defects are documented and reported.10% - Responsible for monitoring the MARGO systems department inbox on a rotational schedule with other team members. Monitoring activities include responding to general inquiries, troubleshooting system issues and assisting in the accurate resolution of reported issues.10% - Effectively document all defects or issues and successfully communicate steps to recreate to developers and quality management testers.10% - Report the status of projects, change requests, and assignments to the MARGO Systems Manager and VP.Internal Relationships:The VP and the manager of MARGO Systems will assign projects to this position that require changes to the Teller and Platform systems.
