This isnot your typical FP&A role . You’ll act as the “connective tissue” across the organization—partnering closely with the SVP, Head of FP&A and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve decision-making, and bring clarity to complex, cross-functional efforts. What You’ll Do Strategic Advisory & Execution Serve as a key partner to the Head of FP&A on high-priority initiatives Translate strategic goals into actionable financial models and execution roadmaps Support enterprise-wide initiatives across business units and functions Cross-Functional Leadership (“Sideways Management”) Collaborate across departments to align priorities and drive execution Synthesize insights from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable recommendations Help streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency Executive-Level Operations & Insights Manage the operating cadence of the FP&A function (KPIs, OKRs, reporting) Prepare and coordinate materials for executive leadership, Board, and PE sponsors Identify risks, opportunities, and “blind spots” through data-driven analysis What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–3 years of experience inmanagement consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance Strong experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot); Tableau a plus Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level PowerPoint development Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Self-starter with a strong learning mindset and intellectual curiosity Why This Role?
