The ideal candidate brings a strong automation-first mindset, actively leveraging AI and data to replace manual program management overhead with scalable, automated workflows.What You'll DoCross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders across global teams to deliver strategic, high-impact programs end-to-end.Portfolio Planning & Visibility: Support portfolio planning and execution—building automated visibility across multiple programs, aligning priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Global Collaboration: Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment and momentum at every stage of delivery.End-to-End Delivery: Own program planning, scheduling, and delivery—from ideation through release—with a relentless focus on quality and timeliness.Workshop Facilitation: Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large groups of audience, track and follow up on action items to closure.Accountability & Governance: Define clear program deliverables and drive accountability across all participating teams while overseeing multiple concurrent project teams to ensure alignment to goals.Alignment & Risk Mitigation: Lead scrum-of-scrums and steering committee sessions.
