Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.\r\nLocation\r\nThis role is fully remote, supporting the West Coast of the United States. The ideal candidate resides in or near the San Francisco Bay area.\r\n\r\nWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes a variable compensation structure on top of your base salary, providing opportunities for significant earning potential based on performance\r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\nUse sales enablement tools and reports for prospecting.\r\nFollowing the direction of the Regional Director - respond and adapt to territory and market strategies including supporting specific territories for new customer acquisition and working closely with specific business development managers.\r\nWork closely with Business Development Managers on prospecting strategies and take on some accounts or opportunities as the primary POC in consultation with the Regional Director.\r\nUtilize Salesforce CRM or similar tools track their customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales pipeline activity.\r\nRespond promptly and professionally to inquiries from a variety of channels, providing accurate product information, and pricing, as needed.\r\nIdentify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional products or services. Prepare and send quotes for standard products, liaise with internal departments for quotes for non-standard products.\r\nCollaborate with sales leaders to create presentations to educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of BioIVT's products and services.\r\nAct as primary coordinator and POC for all regional sales client educational events.\r\nAttend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote BioIVT's brand and offerings as needed.\r\nTravel\r\nThis position may require up to 10% of travel over the course of a year.\r\nMinimum Requirements/Qualifications\r\nProven work experience as a sales support specialist or customer support associate\r\nHands on experience with ERP and CRM systems\r\nProficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel\r\nIn-depth understanding of best in class customer service practices\r\nAnalytical and multitasking skills\r\nTeamwork and motivational skills\r\nBS degree in Biology or related scientific degree or associates degree in relevant field\r\nWillingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.\r\nWe offer a comprehensive benefit package for eligible team members, including medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, hospital indemnity and accident insurance.
