We also recognize that you're a person with life beyond work, that's why we invest in meaningful health and welfare benefits such as:\nExcellent health benefits from BCBS\nSmile brighter with Ameritas dental benefits\nSee into the future with our luxurious VSP vision benefits\nPrepare for the long-haul courtesy of our 401k with company matching\n10 days' vacation, 7 days sick time\nBonuses and salary increase potential via our certifications plan\nWe do cool work here, defying expectations by simply being who we are - each of us makes an impact.\n\nEssential Functions:\nDevelop Infrastructure processes and workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.\nEngineer server, endpoint, and infrastructure configurations using enterprise tooling and automation.\nDiagnose outages and performance issues and drive root cause remediation.\nMaintain patching strategies to ensure consistent system compliance.\nManage backup and recovery solutions to support business continuity.\nDocument system architecture, configuration baselines, and operational standards.\nCollaborate with Network Engineering on complex infrastructure issues.\nDefine Infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures.\nExecute vulnerability remediation and system hardening efforts.\nCommunicate with clients during service disruptions and provide technical clarity.\nImplement operational workflows that reduce manual effort and increase system stability.\nCoordinate with vendors and third parties to resolve platform level issues.\nLead Infrastructure projects and ensure alignment with engineering standards.\nPartner with internal teams to resolve cross functional technical issues.\nAutomate recurring tasks using scripting and workflow tools.\nAdminister tooling to support MSP customers (ServiceNow, Tanium, AvePoint, Azure backups, etc.)\nOversee backup and recovery systems.\n\nAdditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSoftware management and deployment.\nHardware management and deployment.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequired\nSecurity+ CE or IAT Level II equivalent certification.\nAdministrative experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.\nProficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.\nFoundational networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, WAPs, endpoints, servers).\nAdministrative experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.\nWorking knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure.\nExperience administering enterprise antivirus solutions.\nStrong communication skills for highpressure technical and customer interactions.\nAbility to work independently with a strong commitment to continuous learning.\nAbility to identify and apply industry best practices and emerging trends.\nS. citizenship with the ability to pass an extensive background check.\nExperience automating tasks and processes using modern tooling.\nExperience with Tanium for endpoint management, patching, and automation.\nExperience supporting RMM tools, Tanium preferred.\nFour (4)+ years of MSP or related experience.\n\nOptional / Desired\nExperience supporting VDI environments.\nExperience managing SQL environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.\nScripting experience (PowerShell, CLI, Bash, etc.).\nExperience building servers, performing upgrades, and executing migrations.\nExperience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident, request, and change management.\nExperience supporting CMMC compliant environments.\n\nExport Control Notice: This position may involve access to information subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
