Trust in our commitment to building this future with you.\r\nYou have\r\nProven work on real-time/streaming systems (audio/WebRTC/RTP or similar).\r\nAudio basics: sampling, buffering, VAD; handling jitter/backpressure.\r\nEvent-driven design (queues/pub-sub), observability, and performance profiling.\r\nStrong experience with Python.\r\nHands-on experience with Django or Django REST Framework and Fastapi.\r\nComfortable with Dockerized environments.\r\nSolid experience working with relational and non-relational databases.\r\nHands-on experience deploying and managing services.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nOwn real-time audio ingest and processing with strict latency targets.\r\nIntegrate ASR (local and cloud) and online diarization.\r\nPlug in scoring services as independent, non-blocking components; stream results.\r\nBuild metrics/alerts: latency, throughput, basic accuracy signals.\r\nAdd platform integrations over time (Meet, Teams, Zoom).\r\nNice to have\r\nMeet/Teams/Zoom bot capture.\r\nASR (Automatic Speech Recognition).\r\nDocker/K8s and on-prem deployments; edge constraints.\r\nTTS or transcript analytics (highlights, jump-to-audio).\r\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we highly value diversity and inclusion.
