Our providers are supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, strong operational infrastructure, and a culture that prioritizes both patient outcomes and professional fulfillment.Position OverviewThe Endocrinologist will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of patients with a wide range of endocrine disorders. This role includes both outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient consultation services, working closely with primary care physicians, hospital teams, and other specialists to ensure coordinated, evidence‑based care.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, hormone therapy, lifestyle counseling, and patient educationProvide inpatient consultations with timely assessments and treatment recommendationsManage outpatient clinics focused on chronic endocrine disease management and preventative careInterpret and review laboratory studies, hormone assays, imaging, and other diagnostic testsCollaborate with primary care providers and specialists to optimize patient outcomesParticipate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and quality improvement initiativesMaintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standardsStay current with advances in endocrinology through ongoing education and professional developmentProvide mentorship and clinical guidance to advanced practice providers or trainees when applicableQualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degreeBoard certified or board eligible in EndocrinologyActive California medical license and DEA registrationStrong clinical expertise across a broad range of endocrine conditionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient‑centered careExperience with electronic health record systems preferredAt Innovative Medical Group, every provider plays an integral role in shaping the future of our practice.
