Our strong work culture drives high employee satisfaction, and we're looking for individuals passionate about making a positive impact.DAS Solutions EngineerWilson ConnectivityAs a DAS Solutions Engineer, you will support system design efforts, assist with field engagements, deliver technical training, and help drive pre- and post-sales success for customers deploying connectivity solutions including DAS, Public Safety, Private LTE/5G, and other in-building wireless systems.This role is based in our Richardson, TX office and is ideal for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys balancing problem-solving, communication, and solution support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Technical CompetenciesThe Ideal Candidate Will:Demonstrate strong proficiency with Windows-based productivity tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Apply a practical understanding of RF fundamentals and in-building wireless systems.Bring experience supporting DAS designs, BOM creation, deployment workflows, or site support activities.Possess working knowledge of wireless technologies including Public Safety, LTE/5G, CBRS, DAS, and other in-building wireless systems.Interpret system specifications, diagrams, floor plans, and installation schematics with ease.Understand sales processes, quoting flows, distributor relationships, and integrator workflows.Support customer-facing technical discussions with confidence and professionalism.Behavioral CompetenciesMaintain high attention to detail across designs, communication, and documentation.Multitask effectively while managing concurrent design requests, training opportunities, and technical support activities.Communicate professionally in person, by phone, and over email.Deliver design packages and customer support responses in a timely manner.Exercise strong situational judgment on what information should be shared internally vs. externally.Operate in a fast-moving environment with an organized, proactive, and team-oriented approach.By Month Six, You Will BeFully proficient in Wilson Connectivity's system design processes and turnaround expectations.A trusted technical resource for our Sales team on solution recommendations, design requests, and customer support.Confidently supporting escalated calls, emails, customer meetings, and field visits from partners and enterprise customers.Delivering training content that strengthens channel competency and customer confidence.Successfully supporting customer deployments and strategic accounts alongside Sales and Solutions teams.Traveling independently to support key customer opportunities, deployment activities, and partner relationships as needed.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2-5 years of experience in DAS, wireless infrastructure, technical sales, low-voltage systems, networking, or related technologies preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred but not required.Certifications: iBwave experience or certification is highly desired.
