You'll collaborate across scientific, creative, and digital teams to ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards—on time and within budget.\n\nHere's what you'll be doing:\n\nProject and Account Management\n\nManage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to reconciliation, ensuring alignment with client goals and medical strategy.\n\nDevelop, track, and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee projects are delivered on time and within scope.\n\nServe as the primary point of coordination between internal functional teams—including Scientific Services, Editorial, Meetings, and Creative/Digital—and external stakeholders such as clients, authors, and vendors.\n\nClient Communication and Reporting\n\nMaintain consistent and proactive communication with client teams, providing regular updates, meeting summaries, and detailed status reports.\n\nSupport proposal development, budget forecasting, and scope-of-work documentation for new and existing programs.\n\nAnticipate client needs, identify challenges early, and collaborate with internal teams to offer effective solutions.\n\nOperational Excellence\n\nEstablish and maintain organized project documentation, ensuring accurate server file management and project setup.\n\nLead and facilitate internal project meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate review and approval cycles across cross-functional teams, managing trafficking and version control efficiently.\n\nOversee financial reconciliation and ensure complete closeout of all project elements post-delivery.\n\nAbout you:\n\nBachelor's degree\nMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in medical communications with a role in program management and/or client services\nPrior experience working on publications projects\nExperience working in iEnvision\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment, work to and within multiple deadlines and to across multiple projects\nFinancial, administrative and organizational skills\nClient communication skills – ability to work with client and faculty members\nAttention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities and work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently\nKnowledge of Internet searches and Microsoft Windows software\n\nBenefits:\n\nHealth coverage\nRetirement plan\nPTO\n\nApotheCom can offer an attractive rewards package, excellent development opportunities, a supportive and friendly environment and the opportunity to achieve your potential.\n\nOur Pledge\n\nAt ApotheCom, we value inclusivity, recognize the power of diversity and inspire the next generation of change-makers.
