Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.\n\nDescription\nCaptivation Software is looking for a senior level subject matter expert who will provide direction with SIGINT development.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.\nProvides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processing\nDesigns and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design suite to process signals of interest\nDevelops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use\n\nRequirements\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTen (10) years of experience with SIGINT Development Analytic Support\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required\nRequired Skills:\nDemonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and Python\nExperience with SDRs\nRF signals analysis and Signals Development\nExperience with message queue implementation/communication\nExperience with Development Suites (X-Midas, etc.) or C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries\nAble to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment.\nDesired Skills:\nDigital Signal Processing (DSP) background with strong understanding of satellite communications system design and theory with implementation of concepts into software\nTime and / or Frequency geolocation technologies and implementation\nExperience with MATLAB\nExperience with GPU/CUDA development\n\nThis position is open for direct hires only.
