Overview Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician‑led and accountable multispecialty group practice of over 600 providers. The Bown Crossing Clinic is a robust clinic‑based practice located on the east side of Boise, Idaho, only six years old and situated near a library, elementary school and within walking distance of Boise’s greenbelt and foothills. Schedule 4–4.5 days per week 34 patient contact hours per week Flexible scheduling and reduced FTE available Call 1:30, phone only with excellent triage service. Team 4 FM physicians 1 APP 1:1 Medical Assistants Team nurse Population health and referral support staff EMR EPIC Scope of Practice Provide services for a full spectrum of patients from birth to end of life. This position does not include OB care. The physician will assume an established practice from a retiring physician, with room to grow the panel. Other services at this location include Urgent Care, on‑site digital X‑ray and laboratory services, and STARS Physical Therapy.
