What You’ll OverseePatient Experience & Front Desk Leadership Manage the daily patient flow and maintain high service standards Oversee provider calendars, appointments, and scheduling efficiency Ensure accurate insurance verification, billing, and financial discussions Maintain professionalism in all patient communications and records Team & Administrative Operations Lead daily huddles, onboarding, and team morale initiatives Coordinate workflows to support clinical productivity and efficiency Monitor compliance, documentation standards, and operational consistency Oversee supply management, office upkeep, and administrative systems Business & Financial Management Support payroll, budgeting, and performance reporting Manage insurance claims, billing cycles, and collections Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and cost savings Partner with ownership or leadership on growth strategies What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office (administrative or clinical) Strong understanding of insurance billing, scheduling, and patient coordination Proven leadership and organizational skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability Proficiency with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) Preferred (But Not Required) Clinical background (dental assistant or hygienist) Previous management or team training experience Process improvement mindset and comfort creating new systems Why Join Our Team Be part of a modern, high-functioning dental practice with strong team values Work alongside professionals who appreciate initiative and collaboration Take ownership in a position with real responsibility and room for growth Contribute daily to a practice that values both patient outcomes and team success We’re Hiring Immediately.
