The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in indoor lighting systems and horticulture lighting solutions, with the ability to design, test, and optimize lighting products that meet both technical and environmental requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative lighting systems for indoor and horticulture applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and product design) to deliver integrated solutions.Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling to ensure optimal lighting performance.Evaluate and select appropriate materials, components, and technologies for lighting systems.Support prototyping, testing, and validation of lighting designs.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.Document design processes, specifications, and test results.Provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle.
