Through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations, you will be able to build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Trane Technologies. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure your continuous learning and personal development.\n\nEngineering ADP members will develop a solid engineering foundation with skills in key areas including Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Product Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development. Assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development.\n\nThe Engineering ADP experience will have rotations that have\nonsite expectations as well as\nhybrid expectations. Locations are determined by the needs of the business.   \n\n• Onsite: physical presence at your assigned work location required 5 days per week.\n• Hybrid: physical presence at your assigned work location required 3 days per week.\n\nOur Accelerated Development Program in Engineering has three rotations:\n\n• Product line assignment (12 months, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Engineering and Productivity) existing product improvements\n• Cross-functional experience (6 months)\n• Project-based assignment (12 months, New Product Development)\n\nThe program can include up to two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided for new work locations where the distance is at least 50 miles.\n\nWhat you will bring:\n\n• Function specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment. A successful candidate for the Accelerated Development Program will exhibit the following:\n\n• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or similar Engineering degree . Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above.\n• Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc.\nor leadership of work projects.\n• Work Experience: Minimum of one degree-related internship\nor six months of related work experience.\n• Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.\n• Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.\n• Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.\n• Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies.\n• Owns, organizes, and collaborates with teams to successfully execute complex projects.\n• Proficient at diving deep into an assignment to fully grasp the engineering and technical core concepts to deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.\n• Remain geographically flexible both during and after completion of the program.\n• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:\n$78,500.00 - $86,350.00\nCompensation Type:\nSalary\nIncentive Eligible:\nNo\nSales Commission Eligible:\nNo\n\nDisclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
