Job Description Account Executive (Inbound-Supported) | ScribeScribe is a fast-growing, venture-backed company helping brands break through digital noise with real handwritten direct mail at scale. Our proprietary software and robotic handwriting technology use real pens to create authentic handwritten notes that can be triggered in real-time through CRM and marketing automation platforms. The result is a highly personal channel that helps clients drive response, deepen relationships, and stand out in a crowded market.The OpportunityWe are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive who can generate new business, run a strong sales process, close sales, and grow their accounts under management.What makes this role different: Unlike many sales roles where you are required to "cold call the world" just to gain traction, Scribe provides a robust foundation for your success. We invest heavily and consistently in digital advertising to drive a meaningful volume of high-intent inbound leads directly to our sales team.While we expect you to layer targeted, self-generated activity on top of this foundation to reach your full potential, the majority of your initial revenue will come through our proven inbound channels and the subsequent renewal/growth of those accounts.What You'll DoManage High-Intent Inbound: Qualify and close leads generated by our ongoing digital advertising and marketing investments.Consultative Closing: Lead compelling product demos and help clients think through strategy, use cases, and campaign structure. We sell programs, not just pieces of mail.Strategic Self-Generation: Identify and prospect into high-value "Strategic" or "Enterprise" accounts to supplement your inbound pipeline.Pipeline Discipline: Build and manage a healthy pipeline through consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM usage.Account Expansion: Identify future campaign opportunities and expansion paths early in the sales process to grow your book of business.Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong onboarding experience.What Success Looks LikeHigh Conversion: Effectively moves inbound leads through the funnel to closed-won revenue.Strategic Growth: Supplements inbound volume with high-value, self-generated opportunities.Account Retention: Maintains and grows revenue within the accounts you close.Value Positioning: Positions Scribe as a strategic solution, not a commodity.Who You AreA Consultative Seller: You excel at uncovering real needs and presenting value clearly.Accountable & Disciplined: You don't let leads "die on the vine" and are obsessive about follow-up.Strategic Prospector: You know how to identify and hunt for the right Ideal Client Profile (ICP) to sit on top of your inbound flow.Self-Motivated: You are energized by a growing company environment and own your outcomes without excuses.Professional & Credible: You build trust quickly and act as a strategic advisor to your clients.Why Join ScribeThis is a rare opportunity to join a company that actually supports its sales team.
