Electrical Engineer$110,000 to $160,000 baseRemote, USWe’re partnering with an engineering consultancy looking to hire a Mid-Level or Senior Electrical Engineer to support power, renewable energy, and industrial infrastructure projects. The role focuses on electrical system design, power studies, and high-voltage infrastructure across multidisciplinary engineering programs.What You’ll DoDeliver electrical engineering design for power, renewable, and industrial projects.Support project scoping, estimating, budgeting, and schedule development.Perform power system studies including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, relay coordination, and grounding analysis.Develop electrical deliverables such as one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and power distribution layouts.Prepare equipment specifications and support technical bid evaluations.Contribute to high-voltage substation design, including physical layouts and protection and control systems.Provide support during construction, commissioning, and factory acceptance testing.Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex project work.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.6–9 years of experience for mid-level candidates or 10+ years for senior-level engineers.Experience with power system design for industrial facilities, utilities, or renewable projects.Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI, and IEEE standards.Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. or ability to obtain one.Experience specifying electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, generators, and substation components.Experience performing power system studies using tools such as ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, or CDEGS.Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical teams and with clients.
