This role is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of bag-in-box products. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on food safety, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a safety-first mindset.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate and monitor bag-in-box packaging machinery to meet production targets.\nPerform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.\nEnsure packaging meets quality and food safety standards.\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation.\nFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with GMP standards.\nKey Attributes & Skills:\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nCommitment to food safety and quality assurance.\nProactive safety mindset and adherence to safety procedures.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrior experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with production systems a plus.\nThe pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.
