Common legacy systems include but are not limited to Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, eTapestry, Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc.They must understand data structure, determine data relationships and become a Virtuous expert to properly map data into the most strategic areas within Virtuous. Virtuous Data Migration Engineers manage migrations that are most often seen as complex and custom, without a predetermined mapping structure.This role requires proficient knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Exceptional time management, organization, and the ability to work with a project manager to set and meet deadlines is a necessity. This is a customer facing role with an average of 6-12 hours of customer facing time per week. Oftentimes customers will be organizational leaders and will require professional communication skills.This role, though collaborative, will require a self driven individual who is extremely detail oriented and is comfortable problem-solving complex data issues and integrating small details with higher-level customer data strategy.
