This role requires strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and update technical documentation for software products and applications, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and release notes.\nGather and analyze technical information by collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language and formats.\nOrganize and structure documentation to ensure easy accessibility and usability.\nEnsure documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.\nReview and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to established standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve documentation quality and standards.\nProvide input and suggestions for process improvements related to documentation creation and maintenance.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.\nProven experience as a technical writer or related role.\nExcellent writing and communication skills in English.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nProficient in using documentation tools and applications, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Confluence.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.\nExperience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.\nJob Types: Full-time, Contract\nPay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour\nSchedule:\n8 hour shift\nMonday to Friday\nPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to apply\nApplication Question(s):\nThe Technical Writer is responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for various software products and applications.
