This is a great fit for a college student that needs a job over the summer.\nDuties\nAssist licensed pest control technicians with preparing treatment areas and applying pest control solutions using hand tools, power tools, sprayers\nSupport the setup and operation of motors, sprayers, bait stations, etc.\nConduct routine inspections of properties for signs of pests, weeds, or plant health issues under supervision\nHelp with the transportation of equipment and supplies\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency\nFollow safety protocols when handling chemicals, tools, or machinery during pest control tasks\nDocument job activities accurately and report any issues or observations to supervisors promptly\nRequirements\nPrevious experience or interest in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or related outdoor work is preferred but not required\nAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, motorized equipment, and lawn equipment safely and effectively\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles on different terrains\nStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn technical skills related to pest management and outdoor maintenance\nPhysical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the day\nGood communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment\nA proactive attitude with attention to detail when performing inspections or handling equipment\nThis role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in pest control, agriculture, or outdoor maintenance fields.
