We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.\nJob Description\nDMS is currently seeking Masters at Arms “A” School Basic Security Fundamentals (BSF) Support Emergency Vehicle Operation Course (EVOC) Instructors. The Support EVOC Instructors will perform classroom and field laboratory support for high-risk training evolutions at the Master at Arms Class “A” School and are certified by CENSECFOR as Emergency Vehicle Operation Course Instructors.\nResponsibilities\nMaster at Arms “A” School BSF Support EVOC Instructors deliver formalized training support in the areas of Law Enforcement Specialist and Antiterrorism/Security and deliver EVOC lessons to Navy personnel at the Master at Arms Class “A” School\nAll Master at Arms “A” School BSF Support EVOC Instructors must be familiar with applicable Navy rules, regulations, and other requirements as listed in the Training Course Control Document (TCCD) for all courses being delivered and may be required to attend in-service training which is designed to update contractor personnel on Government rules, regulations, and other requirements.\nQualifications:\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\nObtain a suitable evaluation for mandatory medical, psychological, and drug screenings.\nHave no record of criminal convictions.\nPossess an active state driver’s license.\nHave 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training.\nHave knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation.\nHave knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation.\nPossess high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material.\nPossess the ability to perform in a military environment.\nPossess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S.
