This position plays a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and user-focused web and data solutions aligned with Command vision and mission objectives. The selected candidate will support web technologies, data management, automation, AI-driven tools, and knowledge management systems in a structured DoD environment. This role offers the opportunity to modernize and enhance mission-critical digital platforms supporting Army leadership and operational units. You will directly influence knowledge-sharing environments, data-driven decision-making, and secure digital transformation initiatives in a high-visibility government setting. Candidates must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDigital Platform Development & Administration\nDesign, develop, and maintain internal and external websites and web-based services.\nEngineer media sites to ensure consistency across domains.\nPerform full SharePoint administration (sites, permissions, lists, libraries, forms, web parts, templates).\nDevelop and maintain workflows approved by the COR.\nDesign and implement DOD-compliant links in accordance with Army G-6 standards.\nEnsure Section 508 and EIT Accessibility compliance.\nMicrosoft 365 & Power Platform Solutions\nDevelop and manage solutions using:\nMicrosoft 365 Application Suite\nPower Apps\nPower Automate\nPower BI\nBuild dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.\nIntegrate commercial and Government off-the-shelf software solutions.\nSupport workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.\nData & Visualization\nManage data platforms and visualization tools including:\nVantage\nTableau\nAdvani\nDevelop minor web-based applications and interfaces.\nEnhance the Web-based Knowledge Environment (WBKE).\nStrategic & Advisory Support\nProvide technical guidance to the FCoE Chief Knowledge Officer.\nSupport long- and short-range digital strategy planning.\nIdentify opportunities to modernize and enhance web properties.\nProvide design and implementation feedback to leadership and content owners.\nContent & Media Development\nDevelop blogs, RSS/news feeds, audio/video integrations, and social networking API integrations.\nCreate and edit digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).\nCoordinate with business content owners to draft and publish final content.\nPerform website audits to ensure regulatory compliance and content relevance.\nCustomer Support & Service Delivery\nServe as primary point of contact for web capabilities.\nProvide troubleshooting and support to USAFCOEFS, tenant units, Garrison, DENTAC, and MEDDAC.\nRespond to routine service requests within four (4) hours.\nComplete routine work within eight (8) hours or coordinate extended timelines with COR.\nMaintain daily work logs and provide monthly COR reports.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of experience supporting enterprise web platforms in a structured environment.\nStrong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.\nExperience administering SharePoint environments.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity, information assurance, and DoD compliance requirements.\nExperience developing dashboards and data visualizations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work directly with leadership, content owners, and technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting DoD or Army environments.\nCompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570/8140 compliant certification.\nExperience with AI-enabled tools and automation.\nFamiliarity with Section 508 compliance requirements.\nExperience integrating APIs and web services.\nCore Competencies\nSecure web architecture design\nWorkflow automation & system integration\nKnowledge management solutions\nDigital modernization strategy\nRegulatory compliance & accessibility\nCross-functional collaboration\nCustomer-focused service delivery\nSecurity Clearance\nMust be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.\nIf you feel you are qualified and want to be considered for this position, please supply the following to: 1makhhczhmadn75zdfp8fnyude@crelate.net , and please put the job number ‘6918’ in the subject line:\nUpdated resume including MM/YYYY for each employer.\nBest times/dates to interview (plus phone # you can best be contacted at).\nAvailability to start once given formal offers.\n\nSummit Technologies Inc. appreciates your interest.
