The position offers a rewarding chance to support individuals in need and contribute to the well-being of tenants.\nIn This Role, You Will:Oversee daily operations of Blaine Manor Family Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns\nEnsure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines\nAssist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals\nCoordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep\nPerform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal\nClean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenants\nOther duties as assigned\nThis position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the community and help address the critical need for affordable housing.
