But our approach hasn’t changed: move quickly, understand the work inside and out, and never lose sight of the people behind it.\n\nWe’re proud to be a legacy staffing company that has adapted with the times while staying true to the old-school Chicago values we were built on: honesty, hard work, and a handshake you can trust.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEnsure machines have enough of the correct material to avoid cycle interruptions.\nVerify operation of material conveying equipment.\nClean vac loader filters minimum once per shift.\nRemove and replace material as needed for tool changes.\nClean loading equipment and granulators as needed for tool changes.\nReplenish packaging supplies as needed at point of operation.\nReport low material levels when observed.\nPre-dry material when available.\nClean material storage drums as needed.\nGeneral housekeeping–material mixer and material storage areas.\nAssist operators with product movement.\nClean dumpster area (outside) weekly.\nRecord material lot numbers.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nCombine partial cartons.\nBreakdown and skid empty Gaylords.\nUse regrind from warehouse.\nReview equipment (grinder/loader). Notify maintenance of required repairs.\nVerify condition of dryer hoses.\nMonitor overflow-material buckets and sample runner/part storage area.\nFill in as operator when needed.\nAnswer alarms at machines when needed.\nGrind rejected product.\nOther tasks as directed by supervisor.\nMust be knowledgeable in the functional area being hired for as it relates to the IATF and ISO standards of the organization.\n\nApply at a Labor Network Office\n\nPrefer to speak to someone?
