Consistent growth YOY. Job Description The Assistant Superintendent - Civil Construction will: Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow and quality standards. Conduct site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety and building regulations. Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any on-site challenges or changes in plans. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress and issues. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Promote and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Assist in resource allocation and material management on-site.
