The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the month-end closing and reporting processes, utilizing accounting and analytical skills daily. As part of our reporting team, this individual will be an integral part of our company’s plan for future growth and expansion.Responsibilities:Lead financial close and related month/year end reporting for all locations and business unitsPresent accurate and timely financial statements including variance explanationsReview and approve balance sheet reconciliationsUpdate ERP master data tables as neededCreate, analyze and maintain internal management reportingSupport budget and forecasting processAssist in audits and statutory compliance requirementsEnhance and document processesImplement and maintain internal controlsComplete special projects as outlined by managementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting requiredMasters, CPA, or working towards either is preferredIntermediate Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.)Microsoft Dynamics experience a plusDetail-oriented with ability to work accurately under tight deadlinesAdaptable with capacity to quickly learn new processes, applications and adjust to varying business needsAbility to work independently as well as a part of a teamWork Environment: Team focused office environment with professional-casual dress code (nice jeans); minimal overtime required as needed.Radley is an equal opportunity employer
