The position provides customer support during startup as well as troubleshooting.\nPrinciple Responsibilities:\nWork under the direction of Senior Engineers.\nModify existing customer programs.\nProgramming of material handling application using various platforms.\nCreate customer approval packages and sequence of operations.\nWrite detailed instruction manuals for completed projects.\nConduct in-house checkout of completed systems.\nResearch new technology available in market.\nAssist customers with onsite and phone troubleshooting and system startup.\nSkills:\nAccuracy and high attention to detail.\nTime management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written grammar skills.\nProblem solving ability.\nMethodical thinking skills.\nAbility to communicate to all levels of plant personnel.\nKnowledge, Education or Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or related field experience to include but not limited to:\nC++ and C# programming languages; WPF, ASP.NET; SQL Scripting; and SSRS.
