This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $320,000 – $488,750 annuallyResponsibilities Define the strategy for next-gen GPU memory and on-chip interconnect performance modeling Guide the use of simulation and AI-assisted methods for architectural evaluation Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in GPU memory and interconnect systems Translate architectural insights into recommendations and feature direction Establish modeling standards and validation approaches for effective architectural comparisons Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable technical solutions Communicate technical recommendations to senior leadership, addressing trade-offs and performance implications Mentor engineers and influence the long-term direction of GPU architectureQualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 18+ years of relevant professional experience with complex architecture and modeling systems Deep understanding of GPU architecture, including memory systems and on-chip interconnect design Strong performance modeling expertise and experience with architectural simulation infrastructure Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python Ability to connect model behavior with architectural trade-offs and product requirements Proven track record in technical leadership and communication across multidisciplinary teamsBenefits Equity opportunities in addition to base salary Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness programs Flexible work options and potential for remote work Professional development and training resources available Collaborative and innovative work environment at a leading tech companyOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
