Field Technician I or II The Field Technician I will be trained to safely set, maintain, repair and operate multiple types of natural gas compressors in their respective area for Park Energy Services. Duties & ResponsibilitiesLearn to read gas meters and instrumentation recording the amounts of gas received/delivered/consumed and report any operational, temperature and pressure changes as needed in operating logsLearn to watch gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure equipment is working properlyLearn the function and repair of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems associated with natural gas compressorsLearn to properly set units and perform start-up procedures on locationLearn to maintain replacement/repair parts for assigned unitsLearn to use hand tools to clean, lubricate, adjust equipment, replace filters, gaskets and other items while identifying what kind of maintenance is neededLearn to properly use electronic devices for troubleshooting, testing or commissioning equipmentAssist with scheduled and unscheduled equipment repairs and maintenanceWill have call-out rotation responsibilities and respond to unscheduled service callsSubmit accurate maintenance reports and other necessary paperworkMaintain a current and valid driver's licenseOther duties as assigned Skills & CompetenciesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other software tools and applications that are beneficial to the positionCommunicate information effectively with all levels of co-workers by phone, email or in personAble to work independently or with others Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED is preferred1+ years mechanical experience on engines and/or other mechanical equipmentPI4bbbf8a49c5a-26289-40627074
