We are seeking a Machine Operator Operate and support the trimmer line by changing spools, packaging and labeling finished products, monitoring production and equipment performance, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment while supporting overall production goals.Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Wage is $16.25/hour ECHO’s benefits include:11 paid holidaysExtremely affordable medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid PTO (Paid Time Off)5% 401K matchTuition ReimbursementCareer Advancement Growth OpportunitiesEligible for a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment if all qualifications are satisfied.Eligible for a $300 referral bonus upon referring to an employee who successfully completes 90 days of employment.Duties/Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently change trimmer line spools to maintain continuous production flowPackage finished goods, including spools, loops, and cut line productsAccurately label products to ensure proper identification and shipmentMonitor production output to meet daily production targetsInspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistenciesContinuously monitor machinery for malfunctions or irregularities; promptly notify the lead when issues ariseAssemble boxes and prepare materials for packagingFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and handle materials and spools weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to work on your feet for extended periodsAbility to often stoop, kneel, or crouchWillingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentEqual Employment Opportunity:We are an equal opportunity employer.
