Must be comfortable working with other project team members to ensure the successful outcome for the client and Triple Ring. Qualified individuals must possess strong analytical and communication skills, be comfortable doing hands-on work, be self-starters, and be prepared to thrive in a collaborative environment. This position will report to the Lead, Mechanical Engineer.\nResponsibilities\nHands on technical and product development engineering\nEngineering analysis and modeling using classical and numerical methods\nData driven component and assembly Design\nHands on build and test; data analysis and reporting\nPreparing documentation including CAD drawings, BOM's, and QMS documentation\nEducation, Experience, and Skills\nCandidate must have a strong academic background with a record of project achievement and demonstration of leadership qualities.\nBS in Mechanical Engineering, MS preferred, or equivalent\n0 to 2 years industry experience\nIndustry background or Academic strength and interest in several of the following areas:\nMedical devices and technology\nRobotics\nMachine Design\nDynamics\nDesign\nHeat transfer\nFinite element analysis (solid mechanics, thermal, fluid systems)\nStrong engineering and physical science fundamentals and analytical skills\nStrong interest in product development\nWillingness to be \"hands on\"\nKnowledge of common fabrication methods and processes\nFamiliarity with common materials and their characteristics (metals, plastics, elastomers, etc.)\nAbility to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)\nStrong problem-solving skills\nExcellent decision-making skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work in a collaborative team environment\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\nOur benefit program includes: flexible time off, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer match, bonus, equity, a variety of medical, dental and vision plan options, and more.\nThe annual salary/hourly range for jobs which are performed in US, California is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and work location.\nThis role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which requires working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and 1-day of your choice.
