Job Summary The IT Strategy and Portfolio (S&P) Product Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing the IT S&P services and technology platforms for our internal customers. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of our product platforms (Apptio Targetprocess, Atlassian Jira and MS Project) to make decisions supporting business objectives, as well as stakeholder input and market analysis. Additional duties of the role include: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the IT S&P strategy and roadmap, ensuring business and technology platform alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful strategy execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT teams, business units, finance, and external partners to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure adoption. Effectively communicate IT portfolio performance and value to stakeholders. Product Development: Lead the prioritization, development and enhancement of IT S&P services and platforms, ensuring they meet business demands and drive business value. Adoption and Change Management: Drive the adoption of technology platforms and tools, including training and support for end-users to ensure successful implementation and utilization. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of IT S&P services and technology platforms. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT S&P frameworks. Skills and Background You'll Need EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field is required. EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of progressive experience in product management delivering digital solutions. Ability to work in Agile environment. Experience writing product specifications, user stories, product requirement documents. Proven success leading program level business and technology delivery efforts. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT portfolio management, technology platforms, and product development. Your experience with the following products will be highly sought after: Targetprocess, Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) and MS Project. Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment on a team of IT professionals through servant leadership and mentoring. Strong communication skills including active listening and effective presentation of ideas. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance. Salary Range: $104,750.00 - $178,000.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
