The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex, cross-functional programs within regulated environments.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream Quality Systems and ServiceNow validation program.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional efforts across IT, Quality, Validation, and key business stakeholders.\r\nDevelop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, issue logs, and communication plans.\r\nFacilitate executive steering committee meetings, project status updates, and stakeholder workshops.\r\nDrive alignment across technical and business teams while effectively managing competing priorities and dependencies.\r\nPartner with business leaders to support organizational change management and user adoption.\r\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.\r\nEnsure project teams remain focused on critical deliverables, timelines, and strategic business objectives.\r\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications for executive and non-technical audiences.\r\nFoster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across diverse stakeholder groups.\r\nSupport go-live planning, deployment activities, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.\r\nEnsure all program activities comply with GxP regulations and quality standards, including validation documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n7 years of Project or Program Management experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives.\r\nProven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.\r\nExperience delivering enterprise technology initiatives within regulated Quality, Compliance, or IT environments.\r\nDeep understanding of GxP regulations and experience ensuring compliance across program deliverables.\r\nExtensive Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience, including:\r\nAuthoring and reviewing validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)\r\nManaging the end-to-end validation lifecycle\r\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11\r\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus without direct authority.\r\nStrong experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or mixed delivery environments.\r\nExcellent relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations and diverse stakeholder personalities.\r\nExperience communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive business leaders.\r\nStrong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.\r\nOutstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industries.\r\nHands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including Quality or GxP validation, IT Service Management (ITSM), platform implementations, or administration.\r\nPMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications are a plus.\r\nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
