We do this by integrating data-driven technology, expanding access to services and streamlining partner-supported service delivery.\n\nJob Description\n\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows to meet program performance benchmarks.\nHire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Conduct mid-year review and annual performance evaluations, provide coaching, and monthly scorecards to employees.\nMonitor program productivity and effectiveness, implementing adjustments and corrective actions to improve efficiency.\nConducts weekly team meetings to support staff coordination and performance\nActively participates in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives\nMaintains consistent, transparent, and effective communication with staff and peers\nReviews and evaluates comprehensive service plans to ensure quality and compliance\nOversees TDS staff to ensure participants’ progress is effectively monitored toward achieving self-sufficiency goals\nPerforms additional duties as assigned in support of program operations\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in related field preferred; Five years of related experience as well as two years of supervisory experience\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong management and organization skills\nAbility to work with culturally diverse population\nAbility to work across all levels of management and staff\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel\n\nAdditional Information\n\nSalary $70,304 - $71,760\nEquus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
