Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate

We’re seeking a Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate to grow from within and gain experience that can be used to further your working career. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is eager to learn the ins-and-outs of a small but rapidly growing business, with ambition to grow into an operations management level position. This position will provide someone an intimate role within many departments of the business.Daily and Monthly Responsibilities1. Warehousing duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: a. Inventory counting / Year end inventory audit b. Inventory shifting c. Boxing / palletizing and order preparation d. Shipping functions e. Forklift precision in operation and safety f. Offloading incoming sea and air freight shipments g. Ensuring proper valve counts to receive product in inventory2. Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.3. Works closely with Management in generating quotes, processing orders, completing sales forecasts, and observing accounting functions.4. Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on all product lines the Company represents.5. Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.6. Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines by: a. Communicating openly, honestly and constructively b. Treating all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy c. Taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems d. Asking for information needed to perform job responsibilitiesSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree Preferred2-3 Years of Warehouse experience and/or 2-3 years of Inside Sales ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Quickbooks PreferredAbility to understand and thrive in an environment that requires technical competencyWorking experience with sales techniquesAbility to analyze business opportunities and adapt to changing customer demands* Position is a hybrid position that requires handling inside sales and warehouse functions, and any other administrative duties as needed and defined by Management.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
