Your specific job as an operator will be determined by the daily needs at the plant, and scheduling.\nDay-To-Day Operations\nDuties will primary consist of unpacking fresh fish Fillets, Rinse and Hand Curing them, operating food processing equipment (Sprayer, Smoker, Skinner, Slicer), assessing product quality, assisting in the packing of the finished product, and cleaning based on the HACCP rules.\nFollows GMP, EHS, HR and other company policies.\nDemonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a reasonable time.\nOther duties as assigned.\nThis is a full-time position, hours may vary from Monday - Friday, 6AM–5PM with some Saturdays and overtime available\nQualifications\n· Familiarity with food processing industry is a plus. Food Handler Requiered\n· Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.\n· Must be quality minded and self motivated\n· Impeccable attention to detail.\n· Ability to be flexible and communicate well with others.\n· Great organizational and analytical skills.\nCompletion of training programs as assigned and/or required including standard of work.\nPlease Note:\nMust be able to work in a cold and wet refrigerated environment for 8 hours a day Ability to work in temperatures in upper 30's range with air flow from refrigeration units.\nProlonged periods of standing.\nFrequent hand motion.\nMust be able to lift to 37 pounds at times.\nMust be able to reach above and below shoulder height to move product.
