At our Holon site (ISTAR & EW), we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end‐to‐end development of a unique, cutting‐edge system in RF and electromagnetic domains within a leading defense organization.If you have a track record of driving complex system development, love technology with real impact, and enjoy working with top‐tier experts - join us to shape performance, from requirements and design decisions through development cycles, testing, and customer deliveryIn this role you willLead the technical development of a multidisciplinary System‐of‐SystemsManage engineering processes, testing and V&V through customer deliveryOwn requirements definition, author specifications and coordinate with subcontractorsDrive cross‐organizational collaboration with the customer, business units, operations and engineering teamsWork closely with internal development teams in RF and high electric‐field domainsPresent and participate in technical reviews in Hebrew and EnglishRequirementsB.Sc. in Engineering; Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred10+ years as a Technical Manager or Chief Systems Engineer in complex projectsHands‐on experience across hardware, software and system integration lifecyclesExperience leading V&V processes and transitioning systems to customers - AdvantageExcellent technical English: reading, writing, speakingStrong systems thinking, initiative, and ability to lead in a matrix and collaborate* Only relevant applications will be answered#Holon
